Coffee Mate “Return On Pumps” Campaign

Problem
Coffee Mate Pumps needed a way to demonstrate that their café-style pumps are a smart solution for foodservice environments such as offices, hotels, and breakrooms. The challenge was communicating both the functional benefits for operators and the experience benefits for guests.

Solution
The "ROP" (Return on Pumps) campaign was built around a simple idea: celebrate the product's unique pumping motion. This functional action became a playful creative device used throughout the campaign.

The messaging highlighted how pumps create a café-style experience while delivering consistency and convenience for foodservice operators.
